Maintenance will do any needed repairs, paint, and the clean home. Carpets will be professionally cleaned.
No, you don’t have to be present for the service technician to complete a work order.
Yes, we have 24/7 emergency maintenance.
To get help on a unit repair, complete a work order from the resident portal to notify maintenance.
If you are locked out, call our office and we will help. The lockout fee is $50. We also offer after-hour lockouts for a fee of $100.
Yes, we have parking permits for all of our residents. You may also rent a garage or carport in addition to your home.
We offer a pool, two playgrounds, carports, and an outdoor BBQ/picnic area.

We are pet friendly, although there are breed restrictions. There is a limit of 2 pets per unit with a 50 pound weight limit per pet.
Our townhomes come with a refrigerator, gas stove, garbage disposal and dishwasher. We also have washer and dryer hookups.
