Our team inspects your apartment to ensure it is well-maintained. Additionally, we schedule the apartment to be professionally cleaned from the previous resident. Should something have been missed, we ask residents to immediately contact our office to resolve the issue.

No, you do not need to be present for our service technician to perform work. Our team will provide notification of being in your apartment.

Yes, we have 24/7 emergency maintenance.

Residents may either submit a service request at any time using their online portal or contact our office to create a service request on their behalf.

During office hours please contact the office if locked out of your apartment. After hours, please contact emergency maintenance, a lockout fee assessed.

Amenities

Yes, we offer free surface lot parking to our residents. Residents also have the option to rent a garage or carport.

Our community is host to a wide range of amenities residents may enjoy such as a Pool, Fitness Center, Two Playgrounds, BBQ/Picnic Area, Carports, and Garages.

Our pool is open from Memorial Day - Labor Day, and the hours are M-F from 9 AM - 7 PM and Weekends 12 PM - 7 PM.

Yes, our community is pet friendly and has pet cleanup stations throughout the property for resident use. We love to see our furry residents!

Our community provides a complete appliance package, including: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and washer/dryer hookups.

No, our community does not offer furnished apartments.

You may pay rent online through your portal with debit, credit, checking or savings account. You may also pay by check or certified funds in the office.

Yes, we require all residents to provide proof of renter's insurance upon move-in.

Our community supports Xfinity for our internet services.

Yes, a resident may end their lease early if needed, but an early termination fee outline in the lease agreement would be owed along with a 30-day intent to vacate notice.

Electric can be set up by calling Consumers Energy at 1-800-477-5050, and gas can be set up by calling Semco Energy at 1-800-624-2019.

No, the minimum term we offer is a six month lease.

We do not have military, preferred employer or senior discounts. However, we encourage all to apply.

Yes, the bus route is off of West Michigan Avenue which is directly behind the community.

Our community is located in the Battle Creek Public Schools (BCPS) district.

From I-194 N, turn left onto Hamblin Ave and proceed for 0.8 miles, then turn right onto S Washington Ave and proceed for 486 ft. Turn left onto Jackson St W and proceed for 1.7 mi then turn right onto Arbor Pointe Dr. Our entrance is just before the Jackson St and 20th St intersection.
